Failure to pay your bill by the 30th of each month will incur a late fee of $10 a month. After 2 months a lock fee will be assessed of $25 and the late fee of $10. After 3 months we will charge you a certified letter fee of $10, a late fee of $10 give you 30 days to pay your debt in full or your items will be auctioned off for public sale from date of notification.
